His Holiness Pontiff Khern Oliver began his career as a Vatican Franciscan in 1997, ordained priest in 1998. A Benedictine since 2004, he earned theology credentials at Wedgewood Seminary and a D.Div. Consecrated Bishop in 2010, he became Archbishop in 2011 and Cardinal in 2014 of the Ancient Catholic Church. Founder of the Rite of Catholic Churches, he serves as Supreme Pontiff and Grand Canon of the Temple of Solomon.

Felix Gibbins is the Cardinal Archbishop of the United Kingdom. He was born in Swansea in 1980, and traces his Celtic lineage to Wales, and stands as the 109th successor of St David of Wales. Named Archbishop on January 5, 2019, he oversees the management of the global church. Educated at Swansea University, he served eight years as an ecumenical minister before ordination in 2011. A former Bishop of Elmham, he has influenced crucial social legislation and revived ancient Celtic liturgies, strengthening the church’s public witness.

His Excellency, Michael Leavitt

Bishop Michael Leavitt is a compassionate spiritual leader, devoted to nurturing the community's body and spirit. Serving as a spiritual director, coach, and hospital chaplain, he celebrates Mass three times weekly—occasionally in traditional form—fostering deep worship experiences. A weekly visitor of cancer patients and leader of a bi-monthly cancer support group, he exemplifies Christ’s commandment to love one another, John 15:12. He diligently administers sacraments, bringing hope and healing to all in need with unwavering commitment.

His Excellency, Chris Oliver OSPH
Academic Dean, Grand Commander Order of St Philip of Hierapolis

Archbishop Chris oversees the Religious and Chivalric Order of Saint Philip of Hierapolis and leads the Little Flower Oratory. He has recently been appointed the Academic Dean of the St Thomas Aquinas Seminary. A former Professor of Old Catholic Theology, he serves as an educator and Board Certified Christian Life Coach. Holding a B.Th and Doctorate in Christian Counselling, he is developing the Wisdom Adoption Transformation model. He conducts Rosary and Bible study groups, a free literature ministry (R.E.A.C.T.) and weekly sacraments. His online counselling blends Rogerian approaches with community outreach initiatives.

Based at St. Christopher, Bishop Fayette leads daily online morning and evening prayers and a weekly Communion service. Educated with a BA in Biblical Studies (Belhaven University) and pursuing an MA in Anglican Studies (St. George Seminary), he brings eight years’ classroom ministry teaching to vibrant Biblical and art outreach. Ancient, progressive in faith yet modern in ministry, he oversees baptisms and marriages, summer community programmes, ecumenical collaborations and provides the Daily Office online. Psalm 100 inspires every step.

His Excellency, Emmanuel Kwasi Mensah

Emmanuel Kwasi Mensah serves as Archbishop in Kumasi, Ghana’s Ashanti region, providing pastoral oversight to parishes, schools and ministries. He celebrates Confirmation, ordains clergy and guides moral teaching through homilies and pastoral letters. Committed to collaboration, he convenes diocesan leaders, promotes social justice and fosters prayerful growth. Passionate about youth and community outreach, he seeks to deepen ecumenical engagement and support the church's sacramental and service-oriented mission and inspire transformative discipleship in rural communities.
